托福分数遇瓶颈，该怎么解决？关于托福的瓶颈期，我们首先从托福考试总分上来说，在50分上下和90分上下这样一个区间，有两个不是特别长但是的确有点棘手的瓶颈期，经常是一个月左右仍然维持在50分或者是90分，这是总分上来说有两个比较经典的瓶颈期。
除此之外，其实在主观题口语和作文上也是有瓶颈期的（注：本文讨论的是作文瓶颈期），但是主观题的瓶颈期会比较长。在托福作文上，24分也有一个比较长的瓶颈期，当然这个是因人而异的，有的人瓶颈期会比较短，甚至在此处会没有瓶颈期，但是有的人就会比较长，瓶颈期会达到2-3个月。因此我们今天解说两个总分的瓶颈期和写作瓶颈期到底怎样来突破。
【托福总分50分上下瓶颈期】
在托福总分50分上下这个瓶颈期，对于这个分数段的考生而言，毫无疑问，侧重点非常的清晰，要把90%以上的时间和精力，花在阅读和听力上，在这里尤其是单词特别的重要，巧妇难为无米之炊。简而言之，在90分以前，根本就不要想什么技巧，就是硬刚，拼单词！因此在托福总分50分上下这个瓶颈期，什么都不要想，每天就做三件事情:
第一、背单词
第二、做听写
第三、翻译阅读原文
除了这三件事情之外，什么都可以不要做。而且在这个分数段的时候，目标非常的清晰，就是阅读和听力，两个单项都是要冲到20分以上，如果这两个单项冲不上去的话，口语作文其实拿不到太好的成绩。因为阅读和听力，本身就是口语和作文的基础之一，当没有这个地基在底下撑着的时候，整栋托福的大楼就建不起来。很明显，对于听力和阅读，考生更多的是输入的过程，也就是说要读懂和听懂。实现这一目标的关键是词汇基础。然而，口语和写作恰恰相反，即输出。因此在这个分数段的时候，要把90%以上的精力都投入在单词、听写、翻译原文上，而且在这里面，有很多的细节要注意。首先，背单词的时候不应该背托福单词，而应该先背大学四级单词。而且背单词的时候，要注意一定要背单词的词性，背诵单词讲究的是大量多次，不要一天背一个单元，第二天再背一个新的单元，这些细节做好了，词汇才有可能进步。推荐的单词APP (也可以选择纸质的单词书)如下：
其次，听写这件事情，不是听到然后写下来这么简单，而是要求从语法，逻辑，前后文，整段话的内容，全面来进行矫正的。就因为很多考生在做听写的时候，根本就没有想这么多，因此做了很多的听写，但是没有什么很明显的效果，细节是魔鬼，细节特别重要！推荐的内容是VOA special English。最后，翻译原文，要做的是英译中，也不用特别多。可以从简单的句子翻译开始，然后再到段落或者文章。鉴于难度和强度均不可过大，推荐的是淘宝搜“晨读英语”，选取相关的书本作为学习教材为宜。
值得注意的是，背单词和做听写两件事儿都挺消耗时间的，不要因为消耗时间就觉得效率太低，要知道磨刀不误砍柴工，算账的时候不能算一天两天消耗了多少时间，而应该看半个月一个月之后的效果，没有效果的话，一天之内做再多的题都是没有用的；有效果的话，一天哪怕只做一件事儿，也是极有价值的！
【托福总分90分上下瓶颈期】
当然这个瓶颈期的出现，一方面，是因为托福考试本身分数线和难度的设置的问题，另外一方面也是因为各位考生的心态的问题，越是到临门一脚，就越容易急功近利。在托福90分上下意味着考生其实已经具备相当答题能力和临场应变能力，因此，突破这个瓶颈期更多的是在原有基础上做一个“强化”或者称之为“助力”。
有些考生阅读和听力高分，然而口语和写作拖后腿。另一些，刚好反之。两者都可以算是英语实力比较强，但是侧重点不一样。前者往往是传统学校的学生，单词量的基础夯实得特别好，同时语法基础也不错，愿意下苦功夫，因此在客观题阅读听力上分数会比较高。后者往往是海外的留学生，或者是国际班国际学校的学生，平时生活在英语环境当中，潜移默化当中，就练就了很地道的发音，以及积累了地道的用词和表达。
对于前者突破瓶颈期，主要靠的应该是作文，作文这个东西就很看悟性。有的考生只是不知道高分作文的标准，但是实力在这种很多时候一点就透，有可能一周左右就能突破100分大关。但是，主观题这种事情又不好说，量变到质变是需要一定的时间的，这个时间段，恰好与作文的瓶颈期相重合。对于总分90分左右的考生而言，托福作文高分的标准非常的清晰，托福高分作文第一个重要的标准，就是用词的丰富性，地道性和准确性；排名第二位重要的标准，就是句式的丰富性和多样性。如果只符合第一条标准，而不符合第二条标准，托福作文26-27分还是会有的。如果只符合第二条，不符合第一条，24分到26分还是会有的。如果两条标准都符合，就应该是托福作文27分以上。可见，思想深度和观点是否新颖对作文的分数影响并不是非常大。

Furthermore, graduates are in more complicated situation and need organizing and establishing ability urgently since they are likely to face massive irresistible temptations when hunting jobs. (being able to plan and organize plays a role of guideline in job application.)Take my sister as an example, she determined be an engineer while there are two options: secretary with bettered wages and engineer in fledging company with plenty of opportunities. She voted for the latter and excellent engineer follows as well——not her luck but unambiguous goal. (she voted for being an engineer in a fledging company in spite of a tempting position of being a sectary provided with a handsome income for she had planned to realize her ultimate goal rather than being allured by present economical temptation.) Three years ago, before the conversation with my cousin, I ‘wanted’ to be a doctor, my parents’ dream job. There is always a saying goes: ‘planning always fall behind changing’, as for young people, the ability to plan and organize isn’t that significant.

Therefore, setting goal probably will hinder young people’s mental growth.
In conclusion, the ability of planning and organizing is important for young people that reduces meaningless efforts and assists to make up their mind against monetary lust. But such plans come with negative effects, with the uncertain incidence of future society and interfering of teenagers’ mental development. All in all, I choose to agree half of the statement.

(删除！) Imagine the scene: on a busy Monday morning, dealing with countless work tasks and importunate but important clients, no one will choose to ignore boss’s requirement and go to enjoy charming sunlight in Hawaii—— no matter how striking the desire is——since they have to do what they should do: work! Such essential things like working cannot be ignored for enjoyment. （删除！）
上文指出的两个紫色句子破坏整个文段的文风，显得累赘多余，加以删除之后，就完好地保留了美式幽默该有的风趣和嘲讽。可见有些话并不是说得越透彻越好。
简而言之，我们考生在作文基础24分左右的情况下，不要刻意去追求难词和表达，花点精力和时间关注句子结构多样化，遣词造句的准确性，避免无关信息的出现和充数反而更加合适并且有助于提分。
