托福口语话题分析思路

　　我们今天一起来看看一个雅思Part 2的话题，这个话题其实很多同学觉得并不是很好描述，不知道该如何展开自己的论述，那么今天我们就来一起看看如何很好地完成这样一个topic。

　　Describe a piece of good news you heard (from TV or the Internet).

　　You should say:

　　What the news was about;

　　When you got this news;

　　Where you got this news from;

　　And explain why you think it was a good piece of news

　　这个话题其实我们的发力点在于*后一条，为什么这是一个好的消息，我们问题来了，“好”是一个形容词，对于形容词来说，我们并不能像往常一样，通过列举例子来说明，那么怎么办呢?我们其实可以从结果的角度来说，比如这个对我们的生活带来了什么好处。那么这个话题其实就可以结合我们的另外一个大家也比较头疼的话题，就是“好的法律”。那么只要前面介绍下这个好的法律颁布的背景和内容，以及对人们的影响，然后*后谈及下我们如何从中获益就可以了。

　　但是问题又来了，那说什么法律比较好呢，因为很多法律法规我们并没有办法很好的描述，那么就从身边的例子说起好了，因为我平常开车比价多，所以我想到的就是限号政策，也就是“Plate Limitation”，这个我觉得也比较好描述。那么它有什么好处呢?

　　*，“环*”，也就是它能够降低我们私家车的尾气和废气的排放;

　　第二，可以缓解我们都很头疼的交通堵塞，因为路面上车辆的数量少了将近20%。

　　这样就已经有不少的素材了，那么我们来一起看下这个话题的示例。

　　In terms of an excellent news I`ve heard of from the Internet, I would like to describe the “plate limitation” which was carried out 3 years ago in Xi`an. As you may know, it forbids almost 20% of vehicles to be driven based on the last digit of plate and certain weekdays. For instance, the cars with the last number of 1 and 6 are not allowed to be on the road on Monday.

　　In fact, the local authority made an official announcement through the mass media in order to improve the terrible environment and the traffic condition. To be honest, it has been impacting on almost every citizen after carried out, especially the car owners to different extent.

　　As for why it is excellent, that is mainly because it is obviously environmental friendly. To explain more, with significantly less cars on the road, the harmful waste gas and emission from private cars can be reduced obviously, which is totally beneficial to enhance the air quality.

　　Meanwhile it has alleviated the awful traffic congestions effectively. Due to the decrease of the cars, the entire traffic has run undoubtedly smoothly than before, after doing so, it seems that we just demand to commute with sharply less time than before.

　　The above is the excellent law I feel like introducing and I am pleased to share it with you.

　　值得注意的是，我们在描述发力点“好”的时候，我们切忌一上来就把两个关键词一下全部抛出来，因为很有可能*提前就把你打断了，这样你可能会因为只解释了一个关键词而扣分，所以*好就是一个解释清楚之后，再去解释另外一个。
